Discription | Meclizine is a human pregnane X receptor (hPXR) agonist. It possesses anticholinergic, central nervous system depressant, and local anesthetic effects. Its antiemetic and antivertigo effects are not fully understood, but its central anticholinergic properties are partially responsible. |
