Discription | Licofelone is a dual COX/LOX inhibitor, being considered as a treatment for osteoarthritis. It may reduce the gastrointestinal toxicity associated with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which only inhibit COX (cyclooxygenase). Licofelone is the first drug to inhibit both. | ||
