mSIRK (G-Protein βγ Binding Peptide) is a cell-permeable peptide that functions as an activator of ERK1/2 signaling, with an EC₅₀ of 2.5–5 μM. It disrupts the interaction between the G-protein α and βγ subunits, promoting dissociation of the α subunit independently of nucleotide exchange.
