Tulmimetostat (CPI-0209) is an orally active, dual inhibitor of EZH1 and EZH2, key enzymatic components of the polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) involved in histone methylation and gene silencing. By targeting EZH2, Tulmimetostat effectively suppresses aberrant gene repression associated with tumorigenesis.
