TNF-α-IN-11 is a selective inhibitor of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) with a dissociation constant (KD) of 12.06 μM. This compound effectively binds to TNF-α, preventing the activation of downstream caspase and NF-κB signaling pathways, as well as inhibiting the phosphorylation of IκBα and the subsequent nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65.
