LSD1-IN-34 is a potent inhibitor of Lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) and monoamine oxidase A (MAO). It demonstrates IC50 values of 4.51 nM for LSD1 and 18.46 nM for MAO A, effectively blocking the activation of neonatal rat myocardial fibroblasts (NRCFs) induced by Ang II, with minimal toxicity at 20 μM.
