Resolvin D5 is an anti-inflammatory agent primarily targeting the GPR32 receptor, effectively modulating inflammation responses. It alleviates Paclitaxel-induced mechanical allodynia and inflammatory pain in male mice through mechanisms that do not involve TRPV1 or TRPA1 channels.
