N-PTyrosine PA ammonium is a lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptor modulator that functions primarily as a competitive inhibitor at LPA1 and a partial agonist at LPA5. This compound may inhibit LPA receptor activation and downstream signaling pathways by competing for binding sites with native agonists. Additionally, N-PTyrosine PA ammonium is capable of inducing morphological changes and promoting aggregation, as well as preventing LPA-induced morphological alterations through prior receptor desensitization.
