AChE-IN-63 is a multi-target inhibitor with a primary action as a selective inhibitor of human acetylcholinesterase (hAChE), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.103 μM. This compound also demonstrates inhibitory activity against human butyrylcholinesterase (hBChE) and human beta-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (hBACE-1) with IC50 values of 10 μM and 1.342 μM, respectively.
