Safinamide-d4-1 is a deuterium-labeled derivative of Safinamide, a selective and reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) with an IC50 of 0.098 μM, demonstrating significantly lower inhibition of MAO-A (IC50=580 μM).
