Ratutrelvir

Ratutrelvir is an NF-κB p65 inhibitor that targets the translocation of NF-κB p65 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. By reducing phosphorylation levels of NF-κB p65 and IκBα, Ratutrelvir effectively inhibits the DNA-binding activity of NF-κB p65. This compound has been demonstrated to impair migration and invasion capabilities of breast cancer cells, as well as decrease their viability and colony-forming potential, making it a valuable tool for research in luminal A breast cancer.
