ONOO-LysopH is a Rhodamine-based near-infrared fluorescent dye specifically designed to target lysosomal pH and detect peroxynitrite (ONOO−). This probe exhibits a significant fluorescence enhancement at approximately 686 nm under acidic conditions, while showing a rapid NIR turn-on at around 678 nm in the presence of ONOO− at physiological pH.
