β4-TAT

β4-TAT is a β-sheet peptide foldamer designed to target and influence the aggregation of fused in sarcoma (FUS) proteins by interacting with their RNA recognition motifs (RRM). Composed of a β4 sequence derived from the FUS RRM domain and a TAT sequence that facilitates nuclear localization, β4-TAT effectively induces FUS aggregation within cells, resulting in apoptosis of cancer cells.
