FAK Inhibitor
FAK-IN-26 is a potent inhibitor of Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK) with an IC50 of 0.87 nM, effectively penetrating the blood-brain barrier. It has been shown to significantly reduce tumor cell viability, inhibit cancer stem cell activity, and diminish cell migration in A549 and SKOV-3 cell lines.
