How to Place Your Order

You may place your order in any of the following three ways:

Order Online

Log in or register on the Adooq website, add products to your shopping cart, and check out using our convenient, inventory-controlled ordering system. We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. A confirmation email with your order number, order details, and shipping & billing information is sent immediately.

Order by Email

Contact us for quotations, shipping times, or stock availability. Our customer service team typically responds within one business day. When ready to order, simply reply referencing your Quote No., and we'll process it for you.

What Happens After You Order

We keep you informed at every stage of your order.

Order Review

Your order is sent directly to our shipping department for review and stock verification.

Processing & Packing

Once everything is confirmed and in stock, your order is meticulously packed and prepared for shipping.

Shipped & Tracked

Your order ships within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery & Inspection

Open and check your items carefully upon arrival. If you notice anything amiss, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Payment terms for all products are net thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified.
