- A flat shipping and handling fee of $35 applies to all orders within the USA, and $55* for international shipments.
- All orders are dispatched from our facility in Irvine, California, USA.
- Shipments are delivered directly to you via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, with typical transit times of 2–3 business days.
- Cold-chain products that require temperature-controlled shipping (e.g. dry ice or gel packs) may incur an additional handling fee, which will be reflected at checkout.
- Please inspect all packages and products immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or defect should be reported to us promptly by email so we can resolve it without delay.
