IGF2BP1 Inhibitor
IGF2BP1-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 1 (IGF2BP1). It demonstrates potent inhibition of IGF2BP1 with a dissociation constant (KD) of 2.88 nM and effectively suppresses cancer cell proliferation, exhibiting IC50 values of 9 nM in A549 cells and 34 nM in HCT116 cells.
