Anti-Platelet Aggregation Agent
[Rh(cod)Cl]2 (Chloro(1,5-cyclooctadiene)rhodium(I) dimer) functions as an anti-platelet aggregation agent by inhibiting platelet-activating factor-mediated aggregation, with IC50 values of 5.2 μM in rabbit platelets and 43.3 μM in human platelet-rich plasma.
