STAT3-IN-24 is a cell-permeable inhibitor of the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3). This peptide inhibitor effectively disrupts the recruitment of STAT3 to Janus Kinase 2 (Jak2) and inhibits the phosphorylation of tyrosine 705, thereby preventing STAT3 dimerization and its subsequent nuclear translocation.
