EGFR-IN-167 is a selective inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.19 nM. This compound demonstrates high potency against various EGFR mutants, with IC50 values of 0.109 nM for EGFR (L858R), 0.75 nM for EGFR (C797S), and <0.05 nM for EGFR (del19).
