STAT3 Inhibitor
STAT3-IN-20 is a selective inhibitor of the STAT3 protein, exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.65 μM. By binding to the SH2 domain, this compound effectively inhibits STAT3 phosphorylation, translocation, and subsequent downstream gene transcription. Demonstrating significant antiproliferative activity, STAT3-IN-20 shows IC50 values of 2.97 μM against STAT3-overactivated DU145 cells and 3.26 μM against MDA-MB-231 cancer cells.
