1,3-Dicyclohexylurea (DCU) functions as a potent inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH). Its oral bioavailability makes it a valuable tool in research applications aimed at exploring mechanisms of blood pressure regulation. Studies have demonstrated that the administration of 1,3-Dicyclohexylurea nanosuspension can significantly enhance systemic exposure and effectively lower blood pressure in hypertensive rat models.
