Decomposition-promoting Media
17(R)-HDHA (17(R)-HDoHE) is a specialized pro-resolving mediator (SPM) that promotes differentiation of B cells into the CD27(+)CD38(+) antibody-secreting cell phenotype. It significantly enhances the production of immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) by activated B cells while demonstrating non-toxic properties and no effect on cell proliferation. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on immune response modulation and antibody production.
