18:0 DAP is a cationic lipid characterized by its saturated hydrocarbon chain, which lacks unsaturated bonds. Its primary application lies in lipid research, although it exhibits a 0% mRNA encapsulation efficiency and is not suitable for forming functional lipid nanoparticles for mRNA delivery.
