RNase L Activator

2-5A is an RNase L activator and a critical mediator of the innate immune response. It enhances the expression of interferons and interferon-stimulated genes in recipient cells through a RNase L-dependent mechanism. In preclinical studies, 2-5A has shown efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth in mouse models by leveraging paracrine RNase L activation from cancer cells. This compound is valuable for research focused on viral infections and cancer therapies.
