2-Aminoacetamide hydrochloride

Derivative Of Glycine

2-Aminoacetamide hydrochloride is a glycine derivative that promotes the formation of cell-absorbable nanocomplexes with proteins, including bovine serum albumin, via strong electrostatic interactions. This compound enhances cellular uptake of these proteins and synergistically works with BMP2 to stimulate the expression of osteogenic marker genes such as Col1a1, Alp, and Runx2, as well as proteins like COL1 and BSP. Additionally, 2-Aminoacetamide hydrochloride supports osteoblast differentiation in vitro and contributes to bone regeneration in vivo, making it a valuable reagent for research in bone tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
