2'-Fucosyllactose
Immunomodulator
2'-Fucosyllactose is an oligosaccharide with immunomodulatory properties, derived from human milk. It regulates CD14 expression, alleviates colitis, and modulates the gut microbiome. Additionally, 2'-Fucosyllactose stimulates T cell activity, enhancing IFN-γ production while reducing cytokine levels of IL-6, IL-17, and TNF-α, making it relevant for research in immunology and gut health.
