CCL2 Inhibitor
2-Methoxyhydroquinone is a phenolic compound that functions as a CCL2 inhibitor, effectively reducing TNF-α-induced CCL2 production with an IC50 value of 64.3 µM. This compound is also a key precursor in the synthesis of the Hsp90 inhibitor Geldanamycin.
