20-HETE inhibitor-2 is a potent orally active inhibitor of the 20-Hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE) pathway. It effectively inhibits the activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes CYP4F2 and CYP4A11, leading to a reduction in 20-HETE production. This compound has demonstrated the ability to improve blood glucose levels and is suitable for research related to various conditions associated with 20-HETE, including obesity and metabolic disorders.
