CEACAM5/CEACAM6 Binder
2A3 is a binding reagent targeting CEACAM5 and CEACAM6, exhibiting catalytic glucuronidation activity on specific substrates, including 1-naphthol. It demonstrates significant cytotoxic effects against cancer cells with high expression of these antigens, particularly in pancreatic and breast cancers. When used in CAR T cell applications or as a standalone agent, 2A3 stimulates cytokine release and degranulation, effectively inhibiting tumor growth in vivo. This reagent serves as a valuable tool in the investigation of immunotherapeutic strategies for targeting malignant tumors that overexpress CEACAM5 and CEACAM6.
