3,4-Dimethylpyrazole phosphate

Nitrification Inhibitor

3,4-Dimethylpyrazole phosphate functions as a nitrification inhibitor, effectively reducing gross autotrophic nitrification rates in soil. This compound also modulates gross mineralization rates through feedback regulation, helping to mitigate nitrate leaching and nitrogen losses associated with denitrification. Furthermore, 3,4-Dimethylpyrazole phosphate has no significant impact on ammonia volatilization, making it a valuable reagent for studies focused on soil nitrogen dynamics and agricultural applications.
