306-N16B

Lipid Nanoparticle

306-N16B is a selective lung-targeted lipid nanoparticle designed to bind and deliver mRNA to lung endothelial and immune cells via a protein corona formation governed by tail structure differences. This mechanism enhances the accumulation of loaded mRNA in the lungs, facilitating efficient transfection and gene expression in targeted cell types such as macrophages and endothelial cells. 306-N16B is applicable in gene therapy for hereditary lung disorders like pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) and offers potential for lung-specific mRNA vaccines and gene editing strategies.
