ALP Activator
(3R)-7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzyl)chromane is a homoisoflavonoid that acts as an alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activator. It enhances ALP activity and facilitates osteogenic differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), although it does not promote MSC proliferation. This compound is particularly relevant for research into osteoporosis and bone regeneration therapies.
