4H-Tomentosin

sEH Inhibitor

4H-Tomentosin is a mixed-competitive inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), demonstrating an IC50 of 6.84 μM and a Ki value of 7.02 μM. This compound interacts with the sEH enzyme through hydrogen bonding with key residues such as Tyr343, Ile363, and Tyr383. Its ability to effectively inhibit sEH makes it a valuable tool for research into lipid signaling pathways and the modulation of inflammatory responses.
