6-Azido-D-lysine

Click Chemistry Reagent

6-Azido-D-lysine is a click chemistry reagent characterized by its azide functional group, enabling it to engage in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it is capable of participating in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with compounds bearing DBCO or BCN moieties. This reagent is valuable for bioconjugation applications and the development of complex biomolecular systems in chemical biology research.
