OR10A6 Activitor
α-Ionone is an activator of the olfactory receptor OR10A6. It stimulates apoptosis through the activation of OR10A6, leading to increased phosphorylation of the LATS-YAP-TAZ signaling axis within the Hippo pathway. This compound demonstrates potential for inhibiting tumor formation in both in vivo and in vitro research applications.
