A11

ANXA1-EphA2 Interaction Blocker

A11 is a peptide that disrupts the interaction between ANXA1 and EphA2. It effectively reduces ANXA1 binding to EphA2 while promoting increased association of Cbl, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, with EphA2. This results in decreased EphA2 levels and enhanced ubiquitination, leading to increased internalization and colocalization of EphA2 and Cbl in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells. A11 has demonstrated significant inhibition of NPC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and angiogenesis, making it a valuable tool for cancer research applications targeting EphA2 signaling pathways.
