A2ti-1
A2t inhibitor
A2ti-1 is a selective, high-affinity inhibitor of the annexin A2/S100A10 heterotetramer (A2t), exhibiting an IC₅₀ of 24 μM. It specifically disrupts the protein–protein interaction (PPI) between annexin A2 and S100A10, thereby interfering with the functional assembly of the A2t complex. Through this mechanism, A2ti-1 effectively prevents infection by human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16), highlighting its potential as a molecular tool for studying A2t-mediated viral entry and related cellular processes.
