Anti-MCAM/MUC18 Antibody

ABX-MA1 is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody specifically targeting the MCAM/MUC18 protein. This antibody demonstrates potent inhibition of homotypic aggregation and heterotypic adhesion to human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), as well as a significant reduction in experimental lung metastasis formation. In preclinical studies using A375SM/WM2664 xenograft mouse models, ABX-MA1 effectively suppresses tumor growth, angiogenesis, and MMP-2 expression, making it a valuable tool for melanoma research applications.
