AC-73
CD147 Inhibitor
AC-73 is a selective, orally active inhibitor of cluster of differentiation 147 (CD147) that effectively disrupts CD147 dimerization. This disruption primarily suppresses the CD147/ERK1/2/STAT3/MMP-2 signaling pathways. AC-73 exhibits significant anti-motility and anti-invasive effects on hepatocellular carcinoma cells, as well as anti-proliferative properties and the ability to induce autophagy in leukemic cells. Its unique mechanism makes AC-73 a valuable tool for research into cancer biology and therapeutic strategies.
