ADAR1-IN-1
ADAR1 Inhibitor
ADAR1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of ADAR1, targeting RNA editing processes within the cellular environment. This compound has been shown to significantly suppress cell proliferation, clonogenicity, migration, and invasion in DU-145 prostate cancer cells, with an IC50 value of 1.11 μM. Additionally, ADAR1-IN-1 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, thereby effectively inhibiting tumor growth. This reagent is valuable for research applications focused on prostate cancer and the modulation of RNA editing pathways.
