Adavosertib acid

Derivative of AZD1775

Adavosertib acid is a derivative of AZD1775, a selective inhibitor of the checkpoint kinases Chk1 and Chk2. This compound is primarily utilized in the synthesis of PROTACs (proteolysis-targeting chimeras), which have become a powerful approach for targeted protein degradation in cancer research. Its role in modulating the cell cycle and enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapy makes it a valuable tool for studies focused on cell proliferation and survival mechanisms.
