ADH-6 TFA

Anti-cancer Agent

ADH-6 TFA is a tripyridylamide compound that functions as an anti-cancer agent. It effectively disrupts the self-assembly of the aggregation-nucleating subdomain of mutant p53 DNA-binding domain (DBD), leading to the dissociation of mutant p53 aggregates in human cancer cells. This restoration of p53's transcriptional activity facilitates cell cycle arrest and induces apoptosis, making ADH-6 TFA a valuable tool for cancer research applications.
