ADH-6

Anti-cancer Agent

ADH-6 is a tripyridylamide compound that functions as an anti-cancer agent by targeting mutant p53. This compound inhibits the self-assembly of the aggregation-nucleation subdomain of the mutant p53 DNA binding domain, effectively dissociating p53 aggregates in human cancer cells. By restoring p53's transcriptional activity, ADH-6 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, making it a valuable reagent for cancer research.
