CDT1/Geminin Inhibitor
AF615 is a small molecule inhibitor that targets the CDT1/Geminin protein complex, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.313 μM. This compound selectively induces DNA damage, inhibits DNA synthesis, and results in cell cycle arrest, contributing to decreased survival rates in cancer cell lines. Additionally, AF615 demonstrates a Ki of 0.37 μM for the Geminin-tCDT1 interaction and a Ki of 0.75 μM for the Geminin-miniCDT1 interaction, highlighting its potential utility in cancer research and therapeutics.
