AGX51

Pan-Id Antagonist

AGX51 is a first-in-class pan-Id antagonist that targets inhibitors of DNA-binding/differentiation proteins. By disrupting the Id1-E47 interaction, AGX51 promotes ubiquitin-mediated degradation of Id proteins, resulting in cell growth arrest and reduced viability. This compound demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity against triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with an IC50 of approximately 25 nM, making it a valuable tool for cancer research applications.
