AH2-14c
ALKBH2 Inhibitor
AH2-14c is a potent inhibitor of the DNA demethylase ALKBH2. This compound demonstrates significant biological activity by reducing cell viability (IC50 of 4.56 µM) and inhibiting migration in glioblastoma U87 cells. Additionally, AH2-14c modulates the expression of apoptosis-related genes, effectively inducing apoptosis in these cells, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and epigenetic regulation.
