AHR 10718

Antiarrhythmic Agent

AHR 10718 is an antiarrhythmic agent that primarily targets cardiac electrophysiology. It effectively suppresses cardiac arrhythmias induced by digitalis intoxication and myocardial infarction, demonstrating significant utility in preclinical models. AHR 10718 is also known to decrease membrane responsiveness and conduction while shortening the effective refractory period in specialized conducting fibers, which can aid in the investigation of cardiac rhythm disorders and arrhythmia treatments.
