Al-28
Ionizable Lipid
Al-28 is an ionizable lipid that facilitates endosomal escape and cytosolic delivery of RNA through its ability to form unstable non-bilayer structures at acidic pH. This property makes Al-28 particularly valuable for RNA delivery applications in gene therapy and other biotechnological research. Additionally, Al-28 can be utilized in the formulation of liposomes, enhancing the stability and efficacy of nucleic acid formulations.
