ALC67

Thiazolidine

ALC67 is a cytotoxic thiazolidine compound that exhibits an IC50 of approximately 5 μM against various cancer cell lines, including liver, breast, colon, and endometrial cancers. The compound induces apoptosis by activating caspase-9 and causing cell cycle arrest at the SubG1/G1 phase, operating through a pathway that does not involve death receptors. ALC67 is suitable for use in cancer research to investigate its mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential.
